We will only collect information from you that we require in order to provide you with the most relevant information for your interests.

We email you with different types of communication:

  • General Emily Penn newsletters

  • Related news from our friends, sponsors and partners

  • Direct emails to you, answering specific questions you’ve asked

  • Targeted emails based around your interests, ie Changemaker workshops for boat owners.

All our electronic newsletters contain an ‘Unsubscribe’ link offering you the opportunity to decline to receive further information if you so wish. Or, email info@emilypenn.co.uk  and we will unsubscribe for you. We have no wish to send you information which you do not want to receive, so please get in touch with us if you have any concerns about data or you need to update your contact details.

The information we collect

Individuals who sign up to the mailing list through the website or at events will have the data they give to us collected – this will always include your email address, but could also include your name, telephone number, interest areas and where you heard about us.

If you email us, your name and email address might be collected so we can send you relevant information at a later date related to your initial email.

Your data is collected by Emily Penn Ltd and will be retained and used for the purposes outlined in this privacy statement until a time that you request it to be deleted or you opt out. This is held securely by Emily Penn Ltd and will not be shared with third parties without your informed consent.
